Andy and I joined a 'biggest loser' competition that started this week. I decided to join and asked Andy if he wanted to join too and he said, and I quote, "Why? I don't need to lose any weight." (And he's right, he doesn't) But being a good sport, he joined with me so he can be my exercise buddy.
I'm posting this publicly so I will be more accountable for my goals. My main goal is to get back into shape after my pregnancy with Justin. Losing 15 pounds wouldn't hurt either. :)
Part of the competition is keeping track of exercise points. I have set a goal to earn 2 points per day. I earned 2 yesterday and already have half a point this morning.
The competition ends in 4 months - I'll keep posting occasionally about our progress. Wish us luck!
