The boys had their swimming lessons yesterday. They go every wednesday. Last week Declan did his very first backfloat all by himself so I decided to bring the camera this week. Of course, that guaranteed that he had a substitute teacher (Kelly was out sick) so he wasn't comfortable enough to fully let go and float.
Christian mastered the backfloat a long time ago.
This is still a huge step for Declan to let his head start to go underwater at the beginning of the back float

Here's the boys outside the swim school after their lesson. They love wearing their 'fishy' shirts to their lessons because they get a free cookie when they wear them.
Andy actually got done early enough at work yesterday to meet us at the library after swimming lessons. Christian picked out books about science and got a video about fish. (Matt and Jayna may be the only ones out there interested in that tidbit of information about fish - Hi guys!)

Those are great pictures of your boys. You should take them to the Pecos Pool if you haven't already. They have a large kids area with tons of fun toys for them to play with. I used to take my neices when they were little. After 6:30pm it is 50 cents for kids in the summer.
