Crawling Machine

Okay, I have to admit these pics are a couple of weeks old now. They were taken after Jessica really perfected her army crawl before our first trip to Utah this summer. She decided to crawl into the cupboard space in our entertainment center. She crawled in head first, turned around inside the space, and came crawling out as fast as she could, trying to grab the camera I had in my hands.



It's hard to believe that in just a few short weeks, she has gone from 'army' crawling to regular crawling to standing and walking with a little bit of help. She loves to pull herself up and 'cruise' along the edges of couches, tables, etc. We think she'll be walking on her own soon. She's still just 8 months old, but both her brothers were walking by 9 months, so we'll see.
