Jayden's Wedding

While Andy was away with the scouts camping for a week, we were able to attend Jayden's wedding. (Jayna's little sister) I tried to get a picture with the kids just before the reception started before they were covered in food!

This was the first reception I've attended that had slushies to drink. (It was a warm day in June in AZ, so it was definitely a great idea!) Christian started with a red slushie and Declan started with blue, but by the end of the night, I think they had sampled all of the flavors.


My mom got to hold Emmalyn during the ceremony, and we caught her in her favorite pose - sucking her thumb and holding her ear. So cute!


Shaylin was the flower girl during the ceremony and looked adorable! I learned that I shouldn't wave at or distract the flower girl in any way, because she just might turn and try to come over and say 'hi'!

Jayden and Derek had a beautiful ceremony outdoors at the Castle at Ashley Manor. The reception was held indoors immediately after. We had a wonderful time and wish all the best for the happy couple!
